Watch The Overview
Sarvodaya Connect In One Minute.
A one-minute look at how village societies, district centres and headquarters work from one trusted record. Prepared for the Sarvodaya AGM.
Our Foundation
The Sarvodaya Path To Grama Swaraj.
Sarvodaya's five-stage model guides every village from a shared awakening to Grama Swaraj, a self-governing village that can lift its neighbours too.

Stage I
Psychological Infrastructure Development
Building the foundational mindset and social cohesion for community progress.
Stage II
Social Infrastructure Development And Training
Establishing community structures and providing necessary skills and education.
Stage III
Satisfaction Of Basic Human Needs & Institutional Development
Ensuring access to essentials like food and shelter, while building formal community bodies.
Stage IV
Income & Employment Generation And Self-Financing
Creating sustainable local economies and financial independence for the village.
Stage V
Sharing With Neighbouring Villages
Extending knowledge and resources to help other communities develop.
Why It Matters
Society Records Shouldn't Depend On Paper Trails And Phone Calls.
Village societies are at the heart of the Sarvodaya movement. Keeping their records accurate and moving between levels is slow today.
Records In Many Places
Society profiles, council details and membership lists live on paper and in separate files at each level.
Unclear Submission Status
Officers can't easily see whether a document was received, is being reviewed or was sent back.
Slow Follow-Up
District and national staff rely on calls and visits to find out which societies need support.
Hard To Plan Nationally
Building one consistent national picture from scattered records takes time and effort.
How It Works
Connecting The Village, The District And Headquarters.
Each level works in the tool that suits it, on the same shared record.
